1. Cooling Period (1-Hour Full Refund Window)
All orders include a 1-hour cooling period after payment. Printing begins only after 1 hour. Cancellations within this time receive a 100% refund.

2. No Refund After Printing Begins
After the cooling period ends and printing starts, no cancellations or refunds are allowed.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Prints
If prints are physically damaged or differ from approved files, customers may request a reprint or partial refund within 24 hours, with proof.

4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
