Order Processing Time

All printing orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Production time may vary depending on the complexity and quantity of the order. Customers will receive an order confirmation email once the order is successfully placed.

Delivery Timeline

We offer two delivery options depending on the product and customer preference:

1. Express Delivery

  • Delivery Time: 0–7 days from the date of dispatch.

    This option is applicable for urgent printing jobs and priority shipments.

2. Standard Delivery

  • Delivery Time: 8–14 days from the date of dispatch.

    This is our regular delivery timeline, suitable for most printing orders.

Settlement Cycle (As per Payment Gateway Guidelines)

In compliance with Razorpay’s KYC and settlement requirements:

For orders delivered within 0–7 days:

  • Domestic transactions: Settlement cycle – T+2

  • International transactions: Settlement cycle – T+7

For orders delivered within 8–14 days:

  • Domestic transactions: Settlement cycle – T+7

  • International transactions: Settlement cycle – T+10

Shipping Partners

We ship orders through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.

Delays / Exceptions

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Unforeseen logistical issues

  • Incorrect address details

  • Natural disasters or uncontrollable circumstances

Customers will be informed promptly in such cases.
